Have been here many times, the service is quick, the menu is simple and eclectic, I've never had a drink here I didn't like. This place feels like your living room in the centre of town - definitely check it out
Just go here already!! Drinks, Price, Service, Ambiance, Music 10/10 Vibes: IMMACULATE Can’t wait to go back! Normally at cocktail bars I’ll find one drink that stands out to me. This bar really set the standard as every drink had a unique twist while being perfectly balanced (I may have tried several). That’s rare, even more so when every other aspect of the experience is flawless! From your glass of water never being empty to banter at the bar counter, it’s exactly what you want from a London cocktail bar. It’s relaxed, not overstated, has character, and makes damn good drinks. Special thanks to Tom, Meg, Finn, and Rory for making a good Saturday into a great one!
I hosted a birthday cocktail masterclass for me and three of my friends after doing lots of research. It was really easy to book and communicate via email ahead of the class. On the day, we had a private room in the basement with a fully stocked bar. The class was really fun and interesting and could be customised depending on how much theory you want to learn Vs. just having a fun night. Chloe was fantastic and answered all our many questions. We had one welcome drink, 3 testers and made our own cocktail each behind the bar at the end. We could choose which cocktail we wanted to make, with some recommendations from Chloe depending on what we like to drink. My friends and I absolutely loved our time there. Arriving at the opening hour, 3pm on a sunny Friday in February, the interior welcomed us with an inviting and snug ambience that felt like a brief escape to a South American hideaway. Soooo amazing. And the sunny day made such a difference. Based in Fitzrovia, the bar offers an unexpected oasis of PERFECT calm. The atmosphere outside was tranquil, adding to the charm of our little experience in the heart of London. The interiors were a delight, blending a relaxed chic style with a comforting homeliness that set the stage for a memorable day. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive and made sure our glasses were topped up with water, displaying a level of service that added to the warmth of the place. A heartfelt thank you for keeping us hydrated. We didn't eat there. We opted for green olives and salted almonds; the cocktails took centre stage. Each was a testament to the mixologist's skill, which really impressed us. Just incredible. The overall vibe was excellent and uplifting, turning the experience into a delightful celebration. Went for my birthday and had a fantastic experience, great cocktails with a nice price point! Shout out to our server last night, didn't get her name but she was very sweet and added to the good vibes. The strawberry fizz, vesper, gangsta's paradise, and dry aged Manhattan were a treat .
We walked by and decided to pop in. Were blown away - as all 3 cocktails were superb (and so well priced for the location). Liked the fact that they don’t add service charge so it is actually discretionary (and we did add generously though). The “gangsters paradise” was the best one and loved the spoonful of sorbet which was a nice touch.
I had my 40th birthday party here on Saturday night. Elliott and Rory were super responsive and so easy to deal with from the start. They were so accommodating and made the process stress free. I hadn’t seen the venue in person as I live in Aberdeen but my sister viewed it and let me know it was perfect. I was delighted when I arrived at the venue, one of my friends also pointed out it was ‘very me’. Service was fantastic, drinks were amazing and the food was delicious and I had a fab night. Will definitely be back in for some drinks next time I’m in London.
